Grilled Ginger Lemon Chicken

1. Marinade Mix:

• Combine 1 cup of Bold Ginger Lemonaide, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, and 2 minced garlic cloves in a bowl.
2. Prepare Chicken:
• Place two chicken breasts in a sealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
3. Marinate:
• Pour the marinade over the chicken.
• Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. The longer, the better (up to 24 hours).
4. Preheat Grill:
• Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill Chicken:
• Take the chicken out of the marinade, letting excess drip off.
• Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until it’s fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
6. Baste While Grilling:
• While grilling, baste the chicken with the remaining marinade for extra flavor.
7. Serve:
• Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
